Your First Visit

For your first visit to Singleton Health Center and Medical Center of North, please come 20 minutes before your appointment time to fill out forms. The friendly medical staff will need to spend a little extra time with you to ask about any medical conditions you may have or have had in the past.

Patient convenience is emphasized at Singleton Health Centers in Orangeburg and North. We see patients quickly, providing as many services as possible and always accepting walk-ins

We suggest you have your medical history ready when you arrive at our health center. Anything you tell us is personal and confidential and cannot be given out without your permission.

What We Ask of You …

We make appointments for office visits. If you cannot keep your appointment, please call and tell us the day before so we can give that time slot to someone else.

If you need to talk with the physician about more than one problem, please tell the receptionist when you make your appointment so she can give you more time with the medical team.
